Ginger is a flowering plant in the Zingiberaceae family (Zingiber officinale Roscoe). The most essential ingredient our meal ginger, which utilized as spice. One of earliest recognized medicinal herbs, ginger has been used for centuries to treat variety human diseases. Sesquiterpenoids, monoterpenoids, volatile oils (1–5%), and non-volatile pungent chemicals such gingerols, shogaols, paradols, zingerones are primary components ginger. Gingerol products can be use antiparasitic, anti-microbial, radio protective, antiflarial anti-cancer. regulates blood sugar levels using ways. Other suggested includes treatment conditions like fever, indigestion, nausea, hypertension, dementia, constipation. antioxidant properties enhanced by presence phenolic flavonoid compounds.
